I invited 3 landscape and water feature specialists to quote for the renovation of my condominium’s balcony. M/s Water Concepts and Consultancy (WCC) was one of them. When Anita from WCC politely corrected my misperception of the water filtration system in a koi pond, I knew I have found the right professionals for the contract. I was not wrong, the team from WCC with Anita and Jazz were a truly professional lot, educating me with ideas on how koi ponds should be built and maintained.

They allowed me to plan and discuss with them on the look and feel of the completed balcony. New ideas were created throughout the discussions. One of them being Anita’s suggestion of framing polished granite tiles on the wood decking. This has turned out to be an interesting variation of just pure wood decking on the entire balcony. The team were very accommodating and accepted what ever reasonable requests made during the construction process, making multiple trips and updating me through emails and short messages on the phone. With the appropriate plants, water features, lightings recommended by WCC and piped in music, the once plain balcony has turned into a paradise of sorts.

The old facade of our house has been revitalised, thanks to the wonderful job performed by WCC and we are extremely happy with our new koi pond (together with the water feature and wooden decking), which has generated many positive comments from our neighbours and friends.
